Before sending any files to the client, and/or giving them FTP access to the files, we ask them to sign-off the project.

This legal document is designed to ensure we get paid for the work we have produced, so it is of fundamental importance and should be sent before releasing any files.
If the agency/client has any concerns with the document before signing please refer the matter to your team leader.
