Account Management

The goal of account management is to ensure our clients are happy with the service they are receiving, thus ensuring repeat custom.

The Account Managers work closely with the Sales team to ensure existing client relationships are maintained and enhanced where possible. This includes:

  • Calling clients on project completion to ensure the project went and was received well.
  • Calling existing key clients to maintain and enhance our relationship with them.
  • Meeting clients where necessary to develop our relationship.
  • Working with the Project Manager to manage the client relationship during projects, including any meetings.
  • Spotting any potential sales opportunities in all the above.
