Our core hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm.
Developers can work on flexi-time which runs from 8.30am until 5.30pm (8 hours) (half hour starts).
Sometimes the team will be required to work additional hours, out of hours, if we need to meet a deadline or have outstanding tasks to complete.
For flexi-time, you should be ready to begin work/coding at your start time and end at your finish time. For example, arriving at the office at 9.00am does not constitute starting work at 9.00am.
As a company we do not micro-manage or actively monitor punctuality – the team are all trusted. Abuse of such system will result in cancellation of benefits such as flexi-time for those individuals.
Lunch time is generally 12.30-1.30pm.
