Interlinking Sales, Account / Project Management and Marketing

We follow a simple 3 step process:

  1. A sale is made (Sales)
  2. The project is passed to the project manager for and during production (PM)
  3. On completion the project is passed to the account manager to follow up (AM). Any sales are then passed back to step 1.

Our sales are underpinned by our marketing, repeater custom and outbound telesales.
